They could’ve kept my appointment, and trying to upsell me overcharged me. They were overbooked by about 40 people. I was taking a back. It was early. We already planned a trip about two months prior and it still wasn’t ready for us super unprofessional and we were given no help. Zero out of 10 Stars Pl. was horrible and my card still got charged and for that reason I’m out.

Worst experience ever, got there with all documents needed and payment and got denied my car rental because the name on my credit card wasn’t totally viable. Would not refund us our money either. Went ahead and rented the vehicle to someone else for 3x more what we paid. This place is a joke. Worst customer service also. They were racist towards us because we were polish. Treated us very badly. Never again will I go there in my life.
