Minivan exterior and interior was filthy. Summer tires were dangerous in winter conditions. Also, front passenger tire was inflated to 62 PSI and front driver and rear passenger tires were inflated to 30 and 27 PSI. Rear driver tire was 47 PSI. They were all supposed to be 36 PSI.

The woman called me an hour before I was supposed to pick up the truck and told me that all of the trucks were recalled. We needed a truck because we were bringing our daughter back to college. It was very inconvenient.

My contract was for $236 for four days rental. Yesterday morning I returned the car in at the Philadelphia airport. Later I received an emailed invoice for $740 charged to my credit card. This was not the amount that you contracted with me. I have reported this with your Customer Service and as yet they have not gotten back with me as they said they would. If I don’t receive credit for this difference, I am filing a complaint.
