We arrived at the rental car place at 1 am, right when we had requested the rental pickup. We were shocked after 30 minutes in line to hear that Dollar and Thrifty (same company) were out of cars. No cars of any size to rent. We were told that they would have some by 6 am. Miserable. Fortunately, our friend an hour away was able to pick us up, but how do you have a rental system and know how many cars you need each day, and then you run out? Three were at least 30 customers in line with reservations who were all screwed that night.

Arrived on time at MCO. Got to the car rental and there were 50 people in line. They notified everyone in line that they ran out of cars after waiting for 30 minutes
