I was given a pick up address of 268 W. Mitchell Road. I called an Uber from the airport to Mitchell Road. Hertz had not been located at this location for a year and a half. I had to catch an Uber back to the airport where I went to the Hertz counter there and got my car. I wasted $107 on Uber not to mention the hour and 10 minutes it took to go get it. Terrible job by Hertz and kayak of not communicating. How can Hertz move a year and a half ago and kayak is still sending people to this location?

They canceled my car 90 minutes before my pickup. They left a voicemail and did no answer when I called back- just rang forever, I was left stranded.

The vehicle was never available, They didn't have the vehicle I ordered and couldn't offer any vehicle as a substitute. Instead of telling me they couldn't get my vehicle they continued to tell me they would call me when it arrived. They never called.

Maybe if I would have gotten a vehicle I had reserved and prepaid for. Instead I never received any vehicle and nobody cared
