We reserved a large, 15-passenger van and were given 2 minivans instead. They said they would call us when a 15-passenger van became available, we never heard back. I also believe we were overcharged based on the pricing we saw online, but didn't have a screenshot or anything else to prove that 2 minivans were going to cost less than 1 large van.

the actual charges were 4 times what was quoted and the car was a piece of junk. It didn’t hold the amount of luggage it claimed and the handling the car had was terrible, bordering on dangerous.
