They could’ve kept my appointment, and trying to upsell me overcharged me. They were overbooked by about 40 people. I was taking a back. It was early. We already planned a trip about two months prior and it still wasn’t ready for us super unprofessional and we were given no help. Zero out of 10 Stars Pl. was horrible and my card still got charged and for that reason I’m out.

As my flight was delayed, I was told by NU that can only keep the reservation for 2 hours. There as no way for me to get to the NU location on time I had to rent another venison Avis and to give up on the NU car. I lost the rental fee that I paid in full since this was a non refundable rental. I will never rent a car from NuU again. And I’ll make sure to share my experience with as many people as I can. I had purchased insurance through Allianz and the NU agent said it wasn’t enough of American insurance. Therefore I had to purchase their insurance to be able to rent car. Allainz $ 119.94 cdn NU 127.36 cdn Otherwise the service was good

they charged an aditional $373us on a prepaid reservation, plus the $100us deposit which, a week later haven't been reibursed. they didn't have a vehicle according to the reserved class, they gave us a smaller one. would never rent again with them

The NU rental agency was not helpful and would not allow my wife to rent the car I had registered based on some policy and there were no other cars to rent and we had to rent from Enterprise at the last minute.
