The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. She told me they offer a shuttle service for customers, which I was not aware of and will be sure to use next time. I rent cars fairly often and this was one of the best experiences I have had.

Booked a car for a trip to Asheville, only to be called by enterprise two hours before pickup that they actually didn’t have any cars. All weekend however their website showed availability even though there was none. Something is wrong with enterprise technology.

Totally terrible experience. Put in a rental request for Asheville airport and was given a Budget local airport pickup that turned out to be in a shopping mall a $60 ride away. Turned the car into the airport and got hit with a $250 additional charge. Customer service person are indifferent to outright hostile. Stay away from this company.

We entered Asheville AIRPORT into the Search Box. When we got there the car was at Asheville DOWNTOWN. A 25 dollar and 30 min uber ride away. Not sure how this happened, but it was a show stopper since we had to return the car at Oh-Dark-Thirty to catch a 0600 flight. The lady at AVIS at the airport was FAB FAB FAB and hooked us right up with a car at the airport for almost the same price. Be very wary of the location of your car.

Ver friendly on drop off. No much on pick-uo

Booked for for compact-ish car and received a Dodge Challenger large sedan. I had to do all of the driving as my wife was uncomfortable driving the Challenger. I was told that this was the only vehicle available. As rental was two weeks, via phone, we offered to come back to agency when something more appropriate to our needs came in. Never heard a word. I can't believe NOTHING came in during that two week period that would have filled the bill. Basically got blown-off by agent Christy. Understood that they were short on cars, but helpful attitude was not there.

i rented for a pick up time of 2:00 on a Sunday. With no notification during booking my reservation letting me know that this pick up location closes at 2:00.! So I had to uber back to airport and i had to rent another car from another company and pay another $400. plus $45 Uber charge, because when i rented no where did it tell me that this location closed early on Sunday. I called avis, and they said they could not do anything but charge me to rent another car. I will not use this agency again.
