After arriving at the Route 501 location in MB, I was informed they did not have the car we reserved and was told to proceed to MBI Airport to exchange the vehicle. I arrived and had to wait about an hour to exchange the vehicle after management spoke to the Route 501 location. I was then assigned a bigger vehicle, which I loved, but the battery was dead. Back to the office to get another vehicle of the same make amd model, but was delayed another 45 minutes. That car had extremely dirty windows, but was otherwise clean. Was a bit disappointed about the overall experience, but understood it wasn't the office personel's fault at the airport.

The car was extremely small! And we dropped at airport on 9/23 and my card is still being charged the daily fee as if we still have it! Definitely a breakdown of communication, very disappointed in this experience!

The pickup and drop off were both equally fast, friendly and easy. Probably the best car rental experience I’ve had.

My flight was delayed and the rental location closed. The next morning I was told that I was a no show so they didn't have a car for me. I rented a car from another company.

Vehicle was not at a full tank when I picked it up. Desk person needs to explain to customer why incidentals are being added on card not jus scan card.
