When we went to pick up the car, it wasn't available. The person who helped us couldn't give us a car. We were scammed, lost our morning, and lost $30 that was never returned to us.

We didn’t have a reservation. Enterprise called us before we arrived to pick up the car to say that they couldn’t understand how our reservation was made since they were totally sold out. Our experience with them was great even though we did not rent a car with them.

Pick-up was slow, accommodating customer concerns lacked understanding & attention to developing issue. Parking lot is overpacked making it hard to navigate, easy to damage your rental leaving the lot.

Car was great, clean and super comfortable. The price I got online was 139$ and when I got there they told me to pay 240$ that was the only issue, other than that staff was friendly and customer service is on point. When I dropped off the car, a guy name osama I believe checked the car and he was very friendly and nice guy, thank you
