Staff was friendly, but the car was not ready at the reserved pick up time. I waited for an hour and a half for them to look up my reservation & clean my vehicle. They even called the previous day to confirm my 2 o’clock reservation, which I’d made a month before, but I could not drive off the lot until 3:45. I even heard one employee tell another they weren’t super busy that day, but they “were steady all day.” Every time I’ve picked up a vehicle from Enterprise at a non-airport location, it’s never been ready when it’s supposed to be. It is clear that Enterprise’s business model is to overbook & understaff. They offered me a pathetic 15% off on a future rental when I returned the vehicle. I am extremely unimpressed with Enterprise.

So we picked up the car in the evening and it was dark. When we left in the morning for our trip. We noticed the car was so dirty. The outside look like it had been through a dirt road. The inside was not clean. But the biggest issue to us was the oil change was way overdue. We were concerned about even using it. We did leave a message. No one called us back. The van was thousands of miles past due on its oil change.

I rented this car for a work trip took an Uber there to be told there are no cars available until the next day.. don’t use kayak to rent cars.
