Vehicle provided may've been an upgrade, as it appeared to be bigger than a small SUV and that was appreciated. Except, it was given with a quarter of a tank of gas and low windshield wiper fluid and we happened to have crummy weather where it was needed to keep windshield clean. Previous location had been closed, but wasn't advertised prior to pickup, resulting in an hour delay heading out of town.

Easy dropoff and pickup. Friendly employees. Has gotten better over the years with tech. I tried extending over the weekend but the national system was down. No issues when i returned on monday.

I was trying to rent a minivan, but was given a Toyota Highlander that has had a very rough career. This car needs to be taken in for service. The cruise control was not working due to a malfunction, same for the pre-collision system. This car should not be a rental car. It was obviously formerly a smokers car - or a loooot of people have smoked in it when renting it. The amount of air freshener used to cover up the smell was just about as bad.

They called me 20 minutes before my scheduled rental with no car and no solution. Leaving me scrambling to try to find transport. They had known for over 24 hours that they wouldn’t have a vehicle but decided to wait until the last minute. Then were not apologetic.
