They didn't properly explain things to me. I was charged 3X the amount they said on my card...I asssume this is for insurance but I don't know...nobody told me anything...now I have to go back to the store and speak to them in person.

Very dissatisfied with the car rental experience. 1 The manager in the office wanted to cheat for money. He did wished to accept the price indicated in the order and wanted to take 2 times more. I spent almost an hour arguing with him. He was just downright rude. 2. The car was not served to me. I had to seach it myself in the parking. 3. Only 3/4 tank of diesel was filled. I was not explained the technical data of the car, such as the capacity of the gas tank and what kind of consumption for km. So, because of this, I returned the car with a full tank and lost about 25 euros on it. Apparently, this is also a trick to deceive. 4. Until now, the deposit taken from me on the card has not been returned to me.
