Pick up was terrible, 2 employees on Christmas Eve is ridiculous. Waited in line for an hour and half to get checked in and get the car.

I reserved an AWD Toyota RAV4 and was instead given a FWD low clearance kia niro which is much smaller.

I rented the van until 530 pm on Jan 6th. When I picked it up it said I had to have the car back at 930 am or I would be charged extra fees Brought it back at 930 to be told I could have kepted it and why did I bring it back early. I already made arrangements for a new car at that time. Basically lost 1 day and paid for 1 day that I could have used the car but was lied too. Would like a refund for 1 day
