Was rather seamless. Woman who checked me in at pick up was a delight and very helpful. Same on delivery end. Van was in great shape and well maintained. Overall was a good experience.

Rip off. They did not honor reservation but for $425 they had a car for one day. It was also a pain waiting 67 minutes in line.

The price was fantastic, and the car was in good shape. But the service was horrible. The lady at the desk refused to help us until our rental time. Then they kept us waiting even though there was no one else picking up a car. When we were ready to pick up the car, The people in the garage hardly gave us the time of day, and the lady at the desk yelled at us for going to the garage before our name was called, even though our car was ready. No one filled out the damage form before we left, and it just seemed like the dollar employees in Chicago were as unhappy as possible to have the jobs that they did.
