Cons:I reserved an intermediate sub 30 days ahead since I was moving. When I went to pick up the car they didn’t have any cars. They offered them as they came upstairs and I was told to either take the compact suv or don’t get a car.

The line to pick up the car was so long (over 40 people) taking an average of 5-10 mins per person that I had to give up and cancel my rental. Completely unacceptable. They need an pick-up option like Hertz where you can go directly to your car or need to staff more people at peak times. No other rental car company had a line even approaching this long.
