It didn’t help, that I told them that I have full covering insurance, I had to pay them , and was told, to fix the issue with Avis. So, I don’t think, that I will use Avis any more.

So the staff and the car were fine, but beware. Any little scuff or mark they will charge you for. I understand if it’s a big dent or scratch, but even for the not so serious stuff. Taking out insurance is probably a good idea because they are very picky :)
