Budget sucks. They advertise one price then you get slammed with a “we’ll reconcile the rest of this math later” price at the end and it is far more expensive than you initially planned on. Wouldn’t recommend. All the extra hidden “airport fees” and taxes is absolutely criminal.

Check in was extremely slow, car had limited mileage, Bluetooth didn’t work, was charged for pre-existing damage, pick-up and drop-off attendants were rude, and I was overcharged. Would never rent from this agency again. I’ve rented cars in 40+ countries and this was one of the worst experiences to-date.
