When I arrived in Birmingham there weren’t any mid-size trucks available even though that is what I reserved. There was a larger truck available but it had not been cleaned. The Budget employee asked if I would be willing to accept the larger truck for the same price if he cleaned it quickly. I said yes. The truck was in great shape. It was exactly what i needed to help my son move in for college. The return was quick and simple and I very much appreciated that I wasn’t told I would have to choose another car. We worked together to get it fixed quickly and I was very happy! Thanks Budget!
