After making the reservation they did not have a vehicle to rent. It was disappointing that the site would allow for the reservation before checking their inventory. Put us in a big bind.

Pros:Had a terrible experience. Showed up to pick up car and there was noone at the Avis counter for 45 minutes. Then due to being overbooked my car was not cleaned or sanitized.

Cons:Everything. Very poor experience.
