I was unable to rent your the car due to being from out of town and the color of my skin. I've rented from enterprise in other states and I've never been required to provide so many additional documents. I felt discriminated against from the moment I walked into the door. I will NEVER use Enterprise again. It's sad that it's 2021 and people are still judged by the color of their skin and not their character.

Horrible company! Will never do business with them again!
Car was fine, clean and the model was as requested. The pick up was terrible. There was a line of twenty people ahead of us! Medford is a small airport and when multiple flights come in I understand it can be hectic. But all the other counters had 1 or 2 people and quickly on their way. After 20-30 minutes we finally made it to the front and were told we'd have to wait for our vehicle which took another 30 minutes to appear! After that, smooth sailing!

It could have been better if I got a car I reserved 6 months prior and if I didn’t have to spend a 1/2 Hr on the phone for a refund on gas. I brought it back the same as I got it and it was 4-5 gallons short of full and the ignition locked up creating a lot of stress

Arrived in Medford and Alamo desk was closed but they directed you to National rental desk. National took good care of us and had an excellent rental car ready for us in about 10 minutes. We were very pleased with the service and vehicle that was provided.
We reserved and intermediate car but were given a large (Chrysler 300). The agent told me that there were no intermediate cars available unless I chose to wait, although there were Corollas and other similar cars on the lot. We came back in a few days and the new agent offered me a Prius, which I took.

This location closes at 2p so if you are planning on renting a car keep that in mind. Also not at the airport with no shuttle. Couldn't even use the reservation we made since it was for 2p and we got in at 230p. This is more Kayak's fault than Avis. First and last time user of Kayak.

Car was at in town location, not airport. Had to take taxi to get to location as no shuttle. Billing error. Had unlimited mileage on car but charged because used less than 75 miles. Unlimited should be whatever mileage used!

I booked a premium car and was given a budget car and the car was delivered with no windshield washer fluid.
Very fast pick up. Vehicle was great! Drop off was easy! Negatives: price was a bit stiff but that is the way of the world nowadays. Nothing negative to say about the experience. Positive experience all around

Liked fuel economy. I think The road noise (tires) in the RAV4 was noticeable. We didn’t get the Camry we’d selected. I’m used to a walk around inspection before driving off, had concerns about that.

We were in a predicament at the Medford, Oregon airport. Our Delta flights were canceled out of Medford, so we needed a car to drive to Sacramento, California to get a flight out of there. Calling direct to the Medford, Oregon airport's rental agencies resulted in being told there were no cars available. But using Kayak resulted in finding a car and being able to secure the rental. Once we arrived to the Budget rental counter, we had care from the friendliest professional agent we could have had. Especially, since our car rented was located at another Budget place a couple miles off airport property. The agent at the Budget counter in the Medford, Oregon airport was able to find us a car at the airport. We thank Budget for the amazing care we received at a time we were under great stress. Thank you, Budget!

Everything was great except the windshield had pitch spots on it in our viewing area and it was so thick and sticky. Tried cleaning it off multiple times but a razor blade or heavy solvent would have been required and being that we were traveling from out of state, we didn’t have that on us. Other than that, it was great.
