Customer service was excellent. Car had almost 60k miles on it and needed new wipers and the USB port to get Apple CarPlay to work for navigation was loose and I often could not get it to make a solid connection.

“Computer wasn’t working” when we arrived. They sent us to enterprise to print and then come back. After 30min of confusion they then mentioned that although my reservation was for a Luxury SUV, they car they had was a std sedan. I walked 10 ft to Hertz counter and had a car in 8 min.
