Awesome mileage. Car ran great. Good value for the money. Make sure you don’t have too much luggage. It’s a small car. If I brought my golf clubs I would’ve been out of luck.

Pros:The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Cons:The self register kiosks were having problems reading the bar code on the reservation. I like the idea of self check in but the units need to be more reliable. The counter rep was very helpful after we gave up on the kiosk.

Be aware that during holiday weekends, you will probably not get the car you "reserved". They overbook vehicles knowing that they will not have enough of the premium or larger styles for what was booked. Very poor business model nd inventory management when the staff is put into a situation with that will upset people knowing that you will not have the vehicles required for the amount rented. The staff was great and very apologetic and offered anything to make it not as bad but they can't produce a vehicle that the company doesnt provide to their location.

There was not a long line when we arrived. We were checked in quickly and sent right out to the car. Returning the car, we drove right up and just took our belongings and headed on our way. Very easy process arriving and leaving
