Audi car rentals in Zagreb

Super easy pick up and drop off. Very friendly staff. Difficult to find the office and if someone is dropping you off be aware that the Regus carpark is not free and has cameras as you go in.

The car was dirty on the inside and outside. Other than that the car was new and was in good condition. One of the main complaints I saw online with Greenmotion is that they were rude to customers, my experience was diferent, everybody was nice and respectful to us.

The staff at Green Motion were kind and helpful when I had to ask for a way to get the car outside of business hours. I recommend this company!

Horrible. Scammers. They would not honor our reservation. Said it was a busy weekend and only had more expensive cars. Acted like"jeeze, we're real sorry, here's all we can do" No way to run a business. So we left and ended up screwed anyway. Also watch out, they charge extra for after hours drop off

Unprofessional staff, $500+ deposits, 0700pm return time or extra charge. I cancel the rental but of course nothing is done.

When I was picking up my car they tried to push me to get insurance. When I said I had purchased insurance while reserving the car, they told me that only covers certain things so I should still get their insurance too. I listened to them saying the exact same thing to the woman next to me. When I declined, they said I should add roadside assistance. When I declined, they said, “well there is no spare tire in the car, so if you pop a tire you’re going to be stranded on the side of the road”. It felt aggressive and weird. I have AAA so would have reached out to them for help. Also, I checked the trunk once I got the car and there was a spare tire. So the whole insurance and roadside assistance piece felt shady. Otherwise it was a good experience.

My rental experience with Enterprise was great. Staff was very competent and explained to me into a great detail elements of the rental contract. The car was clean, comfortable and very economic on gas usage. Return of the vehicle was effortless. I highly recommend this rental company.

I picked the Enterprise at Zagreb airport because I wanted to work with an American (at least affiliated) company and I want a VW Golf. I was offered an Opel Astra. When I asked if a VW Golf was available, I was told that the agency did not even have a Golf. I understand that when rental cars are listed they always say "or similar", but you should be allowed to list a car as a comparable if you don't have one in your fleet. They should have listed "Opel Astra, Or Similar". I was also surprised to learn that insurance was an option with agent at the airport. When I made my reservation, I purchased insurance, which was through a third-party provided. The desk agent told me if I wanted to purchase insurance through them, I should have selevted "NO" during booking and then that would open the option to purchase insurance at time of vehicel pickup. That makes no sense to me. Additionally, the agent charged me a 2,400 Euro deposit since I did not purchase insurance through them. Lastly, the had over 90,000km on it and had several system failure lights that displayed after I left the lot.Lucklily the car drive fine and was clearn. Overall, I would not recommend renting from Enterprise at Zagreb airport.
