SUV Rentals in Zagreb, Croatia

My rental experience with Enterprise was great. Staff was very competent and explained to me into a great detail elements of the rental contract. The car was clean, comfortable and very economic on gas usage. Return of the vehicle was effortless. I highly recommend this rental company.

I picked the Enterprise at Zagreb airport because I wanted to work with an American (at least affiliated) company and I want a VW Golf. I was offered an Opel Astra. When I asked if a VW Golf was available, I was told that the agency did not even have a Golf. I understand that when rental cars are listed they always say "or similar", but you should be allowed to list a car as a comparable if you don't have one in your fleet. They should have listed "Opel Astra, Or Similar". I was also surprised to learn that insurance was an option with agent at the airport. When I made my reservation, I purchased insurance, which was through a third-party provided. The desk agent told me if I wanted to purchase insurance through them, I should have selevted "NO" during booking and then that would open the option to purchase insurance at time of vehicel pickup. That makes no sense to me. Additionally, the agent charged me a 2,400 Euro deposit since I did not purchase insurance through them. Lastly, the had over 90,000km on it and had several system failure lights that displayed after I left the lot.Lucklily the car drive fine and was clearn. Overall, I would not recommend renting from Enterprise at Zagreb airport.

Great company. Very simple rental pick up and drop off process. Only a few minutes from the airport.

I ordered a car for 9 days. The company had all my details including my flight no. and the schedule. The flight delayed by 2 hours. When we landed in Zagreb air port, I called the company and spook to Tom (he said he is the company manager) and gave him my reservation no. His answer was: “sorry we don’t have any car for you….” I was shocked. It is not a serious company. My recommendation is: if you want to get the car you ordered, do not book with Green Motion!!!

Super friendly staff, very quick process. Car was nice, additional insurance came as surprise though.

They try to say that the tank was not full. Luckily I had the receipt and a photo of the tank situation
