This is my third time in North Macedonia that I am renting with Hertz. I’ve never experienced the worst service, first of all the prize that I booked online I have to pay almost double for what I saw in the website. The mileage is supposed to be unlimited, they told me it’s limited to 100 kilometers per day and the worst of all of this was the parking card wasn’t working, so there was no way I could open the ramp to leave the car in the rental parking so I left the car on the bus taxi drive. I went three times back into the airport to pay for the parking and I couldn’t do it. After I left the car in the bus taxi driveway, I had to run for check-in they had paged me five times so I almost lost the plane because of that parking card that wasn’t working! So very bad experience with them, from the prize that I booked online that it didn’t match I paid double, to the parking cart that wasn’t working.I will never recommend to anyone to rent Hertz specially in North Macedonia very very disappointed..

They upgraded me to a”better” car that wasn’t better. I had requested a KIA Soul on the website -/ a car that I have owned and am used to. They gave me an Altima. I am a big man and do not like driving a “low” car. I felt that I was scraping the ground with my butt Also, this location does not have a Dropbox for keys, so I could not drop the car off after hours — NOT convenient Otherwise everything was fine and I will rent from Avis again

The worst experience every. Rude workers, I stood there for 15 mins before someone even said can I help you. Then when the did finally help. This place did even have the vehicle I reserved the night before. Then Instead of calling to inform me. They let me come down there to just tell me there was not car there for me. Worst place ever to rent a car. Never again entershitprise

The truck I ordered was not available, but was still charged the 2 days of insurance from Allianz. I am assuming there is no further communication between Kayak and Enterprise after I press reserve...

Not thrilled with the Nissan Kicks vehicle overall, especially as an upgrade/up-charge from a VW Jetta. We wished we'd stuck with the Jetta they offered, (the Maxima equivalent we booked), not just for more space - but didn't like to poor driving visibility in the Kicks. Definitely would not rent a Kicks again. All the people we dealt with at Enterprise were helpful, friendly and courteous. My bad on trading down to a much lesser car than we booked and then paying more for it!
