Took 45mins to get out the garage. Very little customer service from the dudes working there, seemed to want to quickly get rid of you and didn't read the booking. Super odd rental experience.

Hello there, the car they give it to me was having a sound under the hood. They told me this is the fan of AC don’t worry, the wheels rim of the car has a cover they tighted with zip-ties one of this rim get off many times so I took the rim cover out of the rim, they told me I hit the car rim but I didn’t, they charged me a $100 for nothing Thanks

I was given two vehicles that had mechanical issues AB’s were both gas hogs. I spent my first day and a half returning vehicles. It was terrible. I would never rent from them again.

Everything was fine except when we went to drop off the car. I had reserved it until 4pm, she said we were supposed to return it at 12mn, and was mean about it. When the bill came I was correct. I had paid for what was reserved.

Excellent, Edwin eagerly and thoroughly filled the rental contract of the vehicle, explaining all options. Was then politely greeted by Gabriel at the end of the rental, making sure my rental was to our satisfaction.

I can not believe it took close to an hour to finally have the keys in hand. I have rented and traveled many times, this was a first. I felt the attendant, although friendly and patient, wanted my 1st born before sealing the deal. I provided my driver's license and insurance as usual but, they required a copy of my declaration sheet as proof of full coverage. I'm sure he was only do his job; however, maybe during booking this should all be addressed so there are no surprises at arrival for pickup. Thx you

They were quick to check in and out. Car was new with under 5000 miles and clean. They did charge a daily fee for tolls which was really not needed.

The shuttle to and from the airport was fine, but the drop off location was difficult to find especially in the early morning. They need to do a better job of explaining that at check-in. The morning crew was surly, (somewhat understandable) but they could have done a better job at saying "good bye and come back soon!"

1.I rented a car for $112 at pickup time 10am. I made a modification for 6am and the price when up to $184.68. And I agree with the changes. When I got there the modifications didn’t appear on my reservation. 2.I reserved the car for $184.68. When I got there they told me that was an estimation and I had to pay almost $500. 3.my credit card had car insurance, Payless didn’t accept it so I have to choose their insurance and pay the new amount. 4.Online Payless NEED to be transparent with the costumers and not lying to us just to get more money. I had the chance to get other car a little cheaper for that busy week from a more known company and at the airport but, I took my chances and rented from you although I read online bad reviews. At the end, the cheapest things always cost me more. I will never rent again from online Payless.

We got a Mitsubishi Mirage and it ran like absolute garbage. Sounded like it was going to break down any minute. We had to fill the tires up multiple times. You get what you pay for, and we paid a very low price. Only real complaint is that it took almost 45 minutes to get picked up at the airport by their shuttle driver. But we were dropped back off promptly on our way back.

Thank you for ensuring we knew our at home insurance policy. This could have been disastrous if anything were to happen. Unfortunately, our car was filthy on the inside it wasn’t cleaned at all. We placed our bags in the back seat and in the door handle was someone’s fake fingernail from before us. The entire inside of the car was dirt / sand.
