The car was great, the problem was when I went to pick up the car, I came at 420 for my 5 o’clock appointment. Rather than giving me the car, I had to come back at 5. The other person who had the car was 20 minutes late. There has to be a better system. And I got the original car that was sitting in the lot.

300 euros for 3 days of insurance coverage only for collision damage towards the car? not even personal insurance or insurance to pay for the damage of another car? I'm never renting here again that's for sure. And I will make sure nobody I know does it neither. It was for a Volvo, not BMW or Mercedes, WTF

Office is far from main terminal, a longer than expected walk. Staff were ok but the auto was not as expected from booking photos. The first auto had a problem, had to be returned, and had to wait almost an hour to get the replacement vehicle

La experiencia para recoger el coche pésima. Pusieron muchos problemas. Había seleccionado un modelo grande y no informaron que hacían falta 2 tarjetas de crédito en vez de una como ponía en la descripción lo que me parece no solo un abuso sino una estafa. Me quedé colgada y me ofrecieron otro vehículo mas pequeño y al no tener mas tiempo tuve que aceptar. Alquile un coche de 5 plazas grande y me dieron uno de 4 plazas, lo que supuso que un compañero viajase incómodo mas de cinco horas. Por no hablar que si te pasas 2 horas te cobran el dia entero, en vez de las horas extra aunque avises con antelación. Un abuso, caro y mal gestionado.

Car price was low but insurance offered on the spot was x5 of the car price. On return, the petrol station is right next to the rental facility. parking was situated on the beat rocky ground and it was difficult to take the luggage out of there. I returned the car 4 days ago and still didn’t receive my deposit back. I tried calling but no option allowed me to speak with the office.

overall it was a good experience. 2 issues: 1 - the very expensive upgrade to a gas car vs electric, I dont see how this makes sense 2 - the car I rented had a very strong and unpleasant cigarette smell

pick up: no staff, millions of people. 1 hour waiting to get the contract... very poor pickup experience car was very good, almost new. drop off was very easy

Not your typical car rental company, and that's a great thing! Amazing how much customer experience goes up when staff are trained to SAVE customers money instead of pushing unnecessary add-ons. Personnel went above and beyond to deliver an amazing experience. If Léa is a reflection of the whole culture this company is going places.

There was a line of 20 customers waiting for the car and only two attendants. I had to ditch my rental and go with another company while at the airport. Terrible customer service.
