Bait and switch. Avis did not have the car I booked when I came for pickup. They had zero vehicles to offer for my reservation, which left me stranded in the city I had flown to.

Make sure to inspect your rental has been cleaned before you leave the facility regardless of the time of day. I picked up a car around midnight and didn’t noticed that there was blood on the window controls and steering wheel until the next morning.

Not a thing could have been improved. This location was off the airport property. They came and picked me up when I called. AND the were $240 less than renting from the airport location. I would use them again anytime I find myself in Lubbock again
