BMW car rentals in Irving

I was pleased with everything except that they marked off the on me the same minute windshield ding that was noted in the previous damages list when I picked up the car, presumably because I had added insurance, so they can file another claim. Possibly just an error, but judging from the previous reviews it seems suspicious.

I was very pleased with the unexpected SIGNIFICANT upgrade -- I originally had booked a convertible, expecting just a Mustang convertible, so you can only imagine how happy I was when I arrived at the counter and was upgraded to a relatively brand new BMW Z4 at the same rate! Even better, with the original reservation, I would have had to return the car the next day by 7:30PM to the Orlando Airport and be charged two days' rate (my pick up was at 5PM Saturday, needing to return by 7:30PM Sunday and otherwise see a MASSIVE rate hike from ~$150 to ~$600). However, because of the change in vehicles, I could return it on Monday by 5PM for the original rate of ~$150 at the hotel I was staying in, saving me a LOT of hassle. I imagine Sixt may have lost some money with my reservation, but a great experience from start to finish.for me!

Thrifty is a third party, so if you book does not mean you’ve got a car. Once I was a the car rental they told me I had to reservation at all

Not good... we didn't take a car from thrifty because the SUV which we reserved ended up being an electric sedan... not again with this company

Exceptionally Excellent service . They were so kind & took care of us by picking us up from the boat terminal . & then dropped us back too to the boat terminal. So welcoming . After a long flight that’s what you need. A sense of security at a new island . His wife told me about some local restaurants. I can keep on going in praising them . The only place to rent your car while on the island .

Car was so dirty, needed to take to car wash, was told they had no time to clean it.

Car was dirty, but associate said the carwash wash was broken. So I had to take it or come back later. I didn't want to come back later so I took it and got it washed myself. Otherwise, all else went very smoothly.
