Jeep car rentals in Chattanooga

Even after booking the car in advance, I had to wait for about an hour to get a car! To top that, my car stunk of cigarette smoke.

Enterprise has an algorithm that allows cars to be "reserved" (including with "availability confirmed" by reservation agent); but when the customer arrives he finds himself "waitlisted" because there is no car available. This happened three times: one with an online reservation (through Kayak); one with a phone reservation with an Enterprise agent; and one at a separate location through an online reservation followed up by a phone call ... Called another agency ... picked up a less expensive car 1 hr later ... will not do business again with Enterprise

They did not have a vehicle, did not hold my reservation.

Booked a car and they were out of stock once we arrived

When I arrived I was told that they do not honor same-day reservations. That they had cars available but I wasn't allowed to rent one because I had reserved that day. This is probably the dumbest policy I've ever heard of in my entire life and I'll never rent from a single thrifty again because of that.

I’ve honestly never had a better car rental experience. Checking in was quick and easy; checking out/returning was smooth and efficient. The person who helped me with both rental and return was pleasant, courteous, and well prepared for my transaction. The car was spotless. Highly recommend using Hertz in the airport when traveling to Chatanooga.

They were closed!! Flight was delayed. Arrived at midnight. Got to desk at 12:05 and they were gone. Left aT midnight ancco to customer service by phone. Other companies were open and waiting for their customers with reservations. Very disappointed to say the least.

TERRIBLE! I RESERVED A MID SIZE SUV, AND HERTZ DID NOT HAVE A VEHICLE TO GIVE ME THAT FIT MY SIZE. ONLY SMALL CARS OR PICK UP TRUCKS. AND NO EFFORT BY DESK PEOPLE TO FIND A VEHICLE AT OTHER HERTZ NEARBY LOCATIONS. GRADE "F" FOR HERTZ!

Renting was ok but dislike the fact of getting into a brand new ride and it was dirty with dog hairs dash not clean I belive they should have cleaned that Mazda cx5 before

The whole process was easy and great! I feel like I got one of the best deals out there. But…the cost of rental cars is insane, so my rating reflected that.

Associate at the counter went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience and a car that would assist my wife(who was on crutches) an ease of use getting in and out Thank you!

Would not let me cancel my rental at all!

I requested to pick up a car from the airport location. Day of a Budget representative contacted me to notify they received my reservation, but did not have a car available to give me. I then called the general help line who altered my reservation to a different pickup location. When I arrived they informed me they were the ones that had contacted me originally. I then called the Budget office at the airport directly, where my original pickup was supposed to be scheduled for, and had them transfer my reservation to their location. This was an incredible inconvenience as we were visiting the city where the reservation was made and had to coordinate transportation multiple times to pickup the car. Additionally receiving notice the morning of added unnecessary stress to a vacation. I will definitely not be using your services for future reservations.

Vehicle was not cleaned. Previous user's dog hair and trash in vehicle with no offer to clean or offer discount.

Nothing
