Their support is non-existent. Just pay the little extra to go with a bigger brand and avoid this one.

Easirent was not at airport. It’s halfway across Austin. I abandoned the car pickup and got an UBER to our airBnB instead. When I went to pick up the car later on my second Uber I found it in an industrial park area, which wasn’t terribly concerning, but it had a couple red flags. Just not a place I would want to bring my family. Finally when I arrived the scene was utter chaos. I saw an employee walking around looking for a car clicking the key unlock to locate it while dozens of customers looked destitute and as frustrated as I was with the experience of not finding their car at the airport. As I walked inside I found a waiting area full of crying children and families waiting for cars and a line of the drivers about 8 deep with no one at the counter answering questions. It was then that the same employee from the parking lot walked back in and stepped behind the desk to continue what sounded like a frustrated conversation of a desperate customer to just take the quickest option to get a car and leave. After trying to ask the sole employee what the odds of getting my car in the next hour or two was I decided that I wasn’t prepared to do business with this company and ordered my return Uber to the airBnB and ordered a Turo car for the rest of our visit with a brilliant experience. Hugely disappointing overall. Would not recommend. Please avoid. I haven’t chased down the couple hundred of dollars that we lost on the reservation and not getting a car yet, but I’m not holding my breath.

Awful! Just awful! Too far from the airport behind a gun range. Dirty office up stairs. Rude workers.

Read the fine print before booking online. Local residents only get limited kilometers even though it stats unlimited while booking. If your insurance does not cover rental car ,expect to pay the insurance while picking up the car. The staff was helpful and forthcoming thats the only positive i could take from my experience.

We were skeptical because of the reviews but we were very satisfied with the end result. We got a very good car for a good price. Negatives: The parking lot was a zoo when returning and we used our own insurance so they insisted on a $1000 down which I didn't feel good about.

My flight got cancelled. Their offices closes at 5pm. I got in on a new flight at 8pm. And was not able to pick up my car bc office was closed. I am looking to get refunded but there doesn’t seem to be much hope. They should disclose their office closes at 5pm. Before you book.

They were out of rental cars. I did not have a rental car while there.

The Dodge van was a little rough but everything about the rental experience was great.

I had set up the “skip the line” pickup, only to find the kiosk wasn’t working on my arrival. I’d recommend calling ahead to check. Car cleanliness was mediocre; I rented a minivan, and found crackers under the seats and juice box residue on the interior from a previous renter’s kids. My biggest recommendation is to CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! I had filled the gas tank past the “full” line, yet found a charge for 3 gallons at $4.62 a gallon. I called to complain, and they immediately refunded the charge. Overall a mediocre experience.

We had a vehicle fail and needed a rental car to get home. We made a reservation over the phone and then paid for an Uber to the location. When we arrived, Enterprise refused to rent a vehicle to us because we couldn't return it to their location. They suggested we go to the airport 30 miles away. We made the reservation through Kayak. After another very expensive Uber ride to the airport, we were told there were no vehicles available since we couldn't return them to the airport (despite the reservation). Enterprise clearly doesn't care about their customers.

I could not get my rental because I booked it for them to pick me up. I called Enterprise to confirm this and was told it was good to go... and then when I hadn't heard from anyone after the scheduled pickup time I called. I was told by the location that they do not do pickups on weekends. So I was left stranded and was not offered any alternatives or compensation for my inconvenience.

Car was stripped down, auto transmission and AC, that's it. No GPS, radio, compass, or USB port to charge a cell phone. There was a charging port in the car labeled USB, but it didn't fit any of the 4 or 5 different USB plugs I am familiar with. A non-standard plug of some kind. Not worth the 100.00 dollars a day I paid.

My car was actively breaking down as I turned it in

Only one counter person and took 5 min per customer. Eventually a second counter person came and provided a QRC to make check in faster (don’t know why the first attendant do this) Finally got to the front and the online check in that I just completed was not in their system. Ugh

They gave us a mid-size SUV when we reserved and paid for a full size SUV. They did nothing to fix the situation since they were "out of SUVs" and it was "close enough"

Car was good, staff were either friendly or OK, price seemed high for a week's rental.

It could have been cleaned out

We had to wait in line for over an hour to get the car. The car we rented was not available so we got a larger car, which we didn't really needed. The inside of the car was clean but the windows were still dirty.

Rental car sucked and was not a newer car def not worth the money

Poor experience. I paid with my reservation using affirm and when I went to pick up they would not accept it as a form of payment since affirm doesn't have a physical card to show them. So I had to use a different card and now have to also pay affirm since there is no easy way to refund the transaction. The people at hertz acted as if they had no idea what affirm was even after calling their customer service line. Terrible experience between kayak and hertz

The Teamwork was very evident. This time I was traveling with my Mom who has mobility issues, the Hertz Team could not have been better. We will be back !

It was some distance from the airport, adding an extra hour to my trip. The person helping me was kind and polite. The downside was that while I was expecting the price to be around $200 it was actually around $350. The additional $300 security deposit, despite adding the insurance, was also not expected.

His patience and willingness to understand our situation was unbelievable. Great people makes great companies. My only but... it was the cost of the insurance. they charged an aditional $373us on a prepaid reservation, plus the $100us deposit which, a week later haven't been reibursed. they didn't have a vehicle according to the reserved class, they gave us a smaller one. would never rent again with them
