BMW car rentals in Aurora

I was pleased with everything except that they marked off the on me the same minute windshield ding that was noted in the previous damages list when I picked up the car, presumably because I had added insurance, so they can file another claim. Possibly just an error, but judging from the previous reviews it seems suspicious.

I was very pleased with the unexpected SIGNIFICANT upgrade -- I originally had booked a convertible, expecting just a Mustang convertible, so you can only imagine how happy I was when I arrived at the counter and was upgraded to a relatively brand new BMW Z4 at the same rate! Even better, with the original reservation, I would have had to return the car the next day by 7:30PM to the Orlando Airport and be charged two days' rate (my pick up was at 5PM Saturday, needing to return by 7:30PM Sunday and otherwise see a MASSIVE rate hike from ~$150 to ~$600). However, because of the change in vehicles, I could return it on Monday by 5PM for the original rate of ~$150 at the hotel I was staying in, saving me a LOT of hassle. I imagine Sixt may have lost some money with my reservation, but a great experience from start to finish.for me!

90 minutes to pick up a car while they tried to upsell every customer. Cleaning guy said they are in commission. Agent got upset and mouthed off at me when I approached the desk and said I don’t need insurance, toll devices, or anything else, just the car.

Terrible! Upon arriving in Denver we shuttled to ace and there was at least a hour wait in line. While standing in line we noticed a sign that no cars were allowed out of the state. So we had to shuttle back to the airport and book another car rental with someone else which obviously took a lot of valuable time. Bottom line we didn’t rent from ace and never will again.

Total scam, first and last time using you or Ace.

They required a $500 deposit and a "soft" credit check. Neither of which was mentioned in the booking literature.

I will use the Hertz on Havana in Aurora, CO from here on. The individual, so sorry I didn't catch his name, that checked me in was awesome. Everything was quick easy and professional.

Really appreciated them moving my car rental up a day. Good folks in Aroura! d
