KAYAK
We reserved a room with a queen/king sized bed with an additional sofa bed. We were initially given a room with a double bed and not additional sofa bed. We had also requested a bath-tub, but there was only a shower. We only noticed this mistake when we were given the keys and we entered the room. We went back to reception and asked for an alternative and was given a twin bed with a shower only. The check-in process was thus not to our satisfaction, but complaining further would only have delayed the process and would eat in to our valuable tourist time. I believe that, as a minimum, if we were given the choice at the time of reservation, our request should have been met. The breakfast was mediocre and there was much room for improvement, particularly the cooking upon request menus. Otherwise, the location was excellent and staff friendly.
