Pickup was fine, but there was a huge mixup when I returned the car. I was charged an extra $300 for returning the vehicle to a different location even though it was the exact same place and the same desk agent.

The vehicle was stolen while I was packing. I was double charged by Hertz they charged me for the full weeks rental and insurance. I was only supposed to be charged 1 day of insurance coverage because the theft occurred same day as rental. so far I have paid twice for the weeks rental and a week of insurance.

I booked Through Priceline then I went to go get the car the people that work there couldn’t help me they said they didn’t have one car available they couldn’t help me cancel my reservation anything I will never ever ever ever go through Priceline or hurts ever again in my life , I ended up having to drive my own car , then it took forever for my money to be returned

All aspects of the rental process went very well. I requested the car on-line; I received a reminder by email before my scheduled pick-up date; I arrived and the agent was very friendly and helpful; I completed the brief paperwork; the car was exactly what I had requested and it was there waiting for me; it was clean and in excellent shape, even though it had over 50 thousand miles on it. I was a little surprised about the rental prices, but I guess that is just the way things are.

This place cx’d my reservation without contacting me. Then I asked the supervisor Lissette at the Concord Ca location for her supervisor bc she couldn’t answer the questions I needed and she redirected me to the customer service center. I didn’t ask for that department. I asked for your supervisor. Totally disgusted with budget and will never again in life rent from them and Yall are about to go viral when I put it on my multiple platforms.
