Location was not busy and the lobby seemed clean. After reservations for a large car, the only vehicle available was a new truck with a half cab. Traveling with two kids and an open bed with no “Tie Downs” wasn’t something I wanted to deal with at a moment’s notice. No discount for the complete unavailability, nor any way to contact Budget Rental customer care on site, I was already dealing with a “manager.” Drive was awful for the rear passengers, with not much leg room and non reclining seats. Vehicle came just over half full and during the return trip, it rained most of the trip on our luggage. Absolutely no customer service from this location.
