Rental pick up and drop off at different airports was quick and easy and all staff at Manchester and Philadelphia airports were helpful and friendly.

Hertz desk was unattended when I arrived, though every other rental car company’s desk was open. There was a sign to proceed to the garage. When I got there there was one man attending the booth and several people waiting. The process took about 40 minutes, an excessive amount of time in my opinion. Also, I had tried to call the Hertz office at the airport several times earlier in the day (4 times as I recall) and no one ever picked up.

1800 mile drive to Houston and they had obviously put new tires of a different brand on the back and they were unbalanced so the car vibrated at just above 70 mph. I don’t expect that from Hertz. Car had 28,000 miles on it.

Booked through kayak/priceline but when I showed up for my reservation, i was refused d/t not having my physical license, only a photo of it on my phone. Budget, which was right next to the Alamo rental counter, was more than happy to accept the photo

Everything was perfect except for the check-in, There was a long line and only one person at the counter. We waited for more than 20 minutes to pick up the car. The agent was quite nice, however, The car was excellent.

I had a personal issue and could not make the trip. I tried to cancel but NO Cancelations accepted I re-booked my trip on June 6 but will never use your service again. Dollar rent a car was not helpful they could have changed the dates to the new date but did not VERY DISAPOINTED

The last few years renting a car has been unpleasant. Manchester Dollar rental was a refreshing experience- probably driven by its small scale. Staff was friendly, car immediately available, much nicer and bigger model than we booked online. We’ll be back, thanks.

Staff so friendly and accommodating. Upgraded to a beautiful full size SUV at a very fair rate. Car was not fully cleaned (lfood crumbs under the back seat). But overall good experience.

I reserved a seven seater SUV two months in advance I get to the airport and they let go our vehicle and had nothing to fit my family we had to go to a different rental company and Get two cars to accommodate us. We were staying two hours from the airport we had to come back the next day to get the seven seater. We lost a whole day of vacation for this inconvenience.

We always reserve with Enterprise to begin with on a trip. Our reservation was done through Priceline. Due to changes in Southwest's air schedule, we had to push back our itinerary a day. Enterprise could not guarantee a car for us, so we booked a back-up reservation with Budget, again through Priceline. When we got to the airport, we checked with Enterprise first, and found out that moving the reservation back one day doubled the price, so we went with Budget. The fellow at the Manchester, NH airport (11pm on 9/17/21) did an excellent job working with us, but could not overcome what was in the computer.

Pick up was slow due to only one agent working for three brands at one time (and a late flight arrival). Nobody's fault on this. Agent was VERY pleasant and VERY helpful. No complaints there. Card scanner and signature screen systems need some work - agent had trouble with their reliability.

Thrifty worked with me in getting me into a midsize SUV with AWD as I was going to a hunting camp in rural VT. It worked perfectly and I had no issues with the car.

The car was dirty (but the manager was nice and gave me a credit). Also the headrests on the front seats were on backwards! Never seen that before! So I swapped them around. The Nissan Rogue was a great car to drive though, once I got past those issues. And the employees at Thrifty were great.

When I picked up the car the cost was almost 2X what the online quote was. I checked the email confirmation and it matched the cost at the counter, shame on me for not reading the email. Feels like bait and switch but the cost matched the emailed confirmation.
