The Toyota Corolla I was given did not feel right from the beginning. It wasn't until after driving it for a few days that I noticed the driver's side front wheel was all scrapped up, and THEN notice the passenger side front tire was so bald the steel belt was coming through the tire. I am lucky not to have had a blow out/accident. I called Budget and the local office did give me another Corolla, but I had to go fill the tank on the returned car (and drive it yet again on the bad tire to the gas station) even though I had done a pre-buy of gas for when I returned my rental. While reps were nice, I should never have been given a car with a tire like that, should not have had to buy more gas, and should have been offered some sort of compensation for the time it took to make the car change. This is my second bad experience with Budget, and it is the last time I will rent from them.

Pick up and drop off were a disaster, the car was disgustingly dirty inside. I was overcharged with no recourse. This location is often cheaper than competitors but buyer beware!

a car was ready; the agent saved me a long walk by driving it up to where I waited. The agent was courteous and helpful. The instructions for returning the car were given by another agent. They were clear and easily followed. Altogether, a good experience.

Pricing was great! There was trash in the back not removed from previous driver. And no wipes to use for wiping down the steering wheel, screens, buttons, etc. Loved everything else.

I liked the ease of the rental process, with no surprises. The rate was excellent. The fee to process the toll (from a bridge crossing) was acceptable at only $2.48. The only problem was with the Chevy car. It did not have connection for the current normal USB port and I couldn’t keep my phone charged. The could provide or sell an adapter.

Couldn’t figure out how, if possible, to turn off the “lane departure steering nudge”, which was extremely unpleasant when it occurred. I’m not talking about full on driving assistance, that was off, but there is still a feature that “nudges” the steering wheel when it thinks you are unintentionally crossing a lane line. THIS FEATURE SUCKS! Please turn it off. Other than that, the rental was great, start to finish.

The wait to pick up the car was long since Avis (and probably other rental firms) had been experiencing shortages of vehicles. They tried to convince me to take a different size car, but finally found the size I had reserved. I wasn't particularly thrilled about their "gas" policy. As there was a charge for what was in the tank (which seemed high to me), although one could return the car without refilling. I'm not sure if I came out on the "good end" of that policy; I would have rather received a full tank initially with a requirement to return it with a full tank, which I think would have been less costly. The car also had almost no windshield washer fluid when I picked it up. The counter employees, were, however, very friendly and helpful at pick-up, although one of them spent a what seemed like a lot of time just chatting with a customer while a line of people waiting to pick up cars had formed.

Avis overbooked for this location by roughly 100 customers. This led to a 3 hour wait to get a rental car, which is unacceptable. The booking was also nonrefundable so we couldn’t change our reservations if we wanted to. This made an awful travel day exponentially worse. You should have checks in place to ensure you don’t send hundreds of people to the same rental company at the same time.

I would pick a different agency if you can. They are terrable. Waited 1.5 hours for a van I rented 3 weeks in advance. others were there with the same kind of issues. It was a mad house and all the other agency's had no line. People walked up, rented their car and left. We waited long enough to see that happen many times. I am just done with them.

We got to Avis and there was a long line. We had to wait for about an hour to get our car even thought I had already digitally checked in beforehand. The staff made no effort to make any sort of apology. Horrible experience. I wanted to cancel and try to get a car from a different company but everyone was sold out.

We had bopoked a minimbus and it wasnt available for us when we arrived. We ended up with a six and a seven seater that cost us an additional £1500. This is not acceptable and will ensure that we dont book with you again Stephen 07479499345

Car wreaked of smoke, had to wait 2 hrs to get my car even though I had arrived at my scheduled pick up time (and was not able to leave the rental facility while waiting), car was dirty, and instructions at drop off were very unclear; I had to track down and ask someone and others were there waiting for instructions, too. I would t rent from them again.

We arrived to pick up our car, and the customer service desk informed us that it could be up to a 3 hour wait for a car. The ladies at the desk handled the delay with professionalism and kindness. The reason for the lack of cars is unknown to me. We ended waiting about 1.5 hours. I learned two lessons: 1) Thrifty is owned by Hertz and Hertz customers get priority to cars; and 2) I should have a rental car membership because those people receive priority and walk directly to their cars. I know it's obvious.

Thrifty did not have the car we booked for 1000 pickup and there were absolutely no cars!!!! The lady working was not helpful at all….she didn’t know when/if a car would be available within the next few hours. Had to rent from another car rental ( because Thrifty had NO CARS) while still being charged by Thrifty. Horrible service and experience!!!!!

The Ford Edge is larger on the inside than the outside :) At first I was afraid I wouldn't fit all my luggage in there, but no problem at all, loads of space in the back. The 4 hr ride was a bid tough on the three persons in the back seat.

It was a very easy and smooth experience. Unfortunately it was as I expected though… when you select a car and they say range rover or similar, you should always expect to never be able to get a range rover. It’s always gonna be something similar. I ended up with a BMW X5 which was great. But if I was told X5 or similar, I wouldn’t have chose that car class or expense. I really wanted to check out the range rover because it was a car that I was planning to buy a few years ago.

Fast pick up and return. Reserved a mini van for 6 adults. They didn't have a minivan available when we arrived. They tried to put us in a smaller vehicle. Eventually they borrowed a minivan from another rental company.

They should inform customers of all the terms before booking in BOLD letters not in fine print. They charged my card inspite of the fact that they are the ones who cancelled my booking at the time of pickup and spoiled my trip completely. So did Kayak by taking me to the Sixt site and not taking any responsibility at all.

Beware, their hours only go to 11pm. If you have a flight landing around that time. You are probably going to get stuck having to stay the night as their counter will be closed and other car rentals in the facility are usually reservation only. That is what happened to us.
