Drove 2 hours and 45 minutes, gas tank empty. Didn't notice when I picked up the car if the tank was full. However coming back, used 1/2 tank. So tank could not have been full when I picked up the car. Had to put air in back driver side tire.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful everything was good rental agreement , but the car had a unpleasant smell, and the seats really needed to be professionally cleaned. But other than that it’s was a good rental.

After Covid, the Hertz office had to relocate away from the Airport due to suspension of air traffic for many months.The current temporary location shares space with a pre-owned auto lot.The employees make the best of their current location. Carlton, the manager, is very accommodating and tries to work things out with the high demand and limited availability of cars. Brandon, at rental return, was very nice and did his best to help with the check-in process.

There were two reservations. Drop off had no attendants at all. And the drive in area was closed. There was no drop off box or any notes on anything including the Avis desk. We all had to leave our cars in the drive blocking others from driving in. And we didn’t know what to do with keys. Again. No one there at all and the gate was closed off so no cars could pull in to return cars. Plus the double reservation. Please call me.

Considering the cost of the rental, we expected something much nicer. The vehicle had a dent on the hood. Couldn't tell if the vehicle was properly sanitized and it just didn't look look like it had been well maintained.

It was very easy to rent a car in Florence and the car was immaculate! I would do it again, the only draw back was we were supposed to go into Myrtle Beach airport,the flight was oversold so we flew into Florence . We rented a car but had to return it to Florence and change our plans from Myrtle Beach . They do not do one way.

My pick up was scheduled for 12:00 I got there and they didn’t have a SUV available like I selected and kept trying to get me to get a van the guy told me to they would call me when they had something so after 2 hours went by and I went back because they told me they would hav something then and still had nothing but sent them workers to get a highlander I waited for 45 minutes for them to return vehicle wasn’t washed but I didn’t complain. And they had no empathy at all not apologizing or nothing it was just we have nothing and we’re trying to accommodate you with a Van.
