The car was great, the people were friendly and efficient. I felt there was a little bit of deception involved with me not being able to pick up or drop off at the local airport. They informed me there was a $150 tax in order to do that, I made it work with an Uber ride other than that everything was great

The car rental location was closed at 2, and our reservation started at 2, so we couldn’t pick up the car. We missed all our plans. Very frustrating experience.

Had to wait 20 minutes for car to be washed. Staff was nice, but gave me a car with less than one quarter gas.
The rental service store was very convenient. The rep was also, however, when I tried to call to extend my service the phone rang and rang. I tried several times. I drove to the store to get it renewed and they also checked the tire pressure for me as the light came on.

No complaints whatsoever. From booking the reservation to extending the term a couple days longer, all went well and simply. Highly recommended.
Booked car on a Tuesday. Someone Called me an hour before pickup time on Friday to tell me they were sold out; completely derailed my business travel for the day. Unacceptable.
The location did not have a full sized as reserved, they said we were upgraded to a small suv which seemed like a downgrade. The car wasn’t cleaned. But on the bright side we were comped for gas

My only complaints were car wasn’t ready for an hour at pickup. I was supposed to pick up at noon and it wasn’t ready for an hour. I’m not sure about second concern. My account has been charged for two $392 amounts which I have to check into.

I reserved a Ford Mustang sports car and when I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it because they were waiting for someone to return it. They gave me a Ford Explorer which had terrible gas mileage. I’m sure the Mustang had comparable gas mileage, but I don’t mind paying more for a sports car with superior handling and power instead of a gas guzzling suv.
