Thrifty Never rented the van to me because they did not have available when I got to Santo Domingo. Finally I rented with Nelly Rental Car. It was the worst experience with a rental car. Thrifty did never accomplish with my reservation. The employee was Billy Pérez. The supervisor, Jose Garcia, did never get to the terminal counter and did not talk to me.
