Thrifty screwed me - didn’t have a car and I had to eat over half the costs from a pre pay as thrifty and the pick up location turned their back and didn’t process as though they did not fill the order. And refuse to correct it - I am wasting time fighting this now and warn everyone against paying in advance ecspecially with Thrifty - and the pickering location

Extremely difficult to reach , we had medical emergency in our flight that led to flight diversion that delay our trip for 2 days in order to re organise our connections to Tampa , unfortunately i could not find a way to reach them by chat or email to update my pick up time , end up canceling my reservation and paying 200 USD for nothing, that never happened with my with other car rental agency
