I paid for a Toyota Corolla. I went out to the parking spot and someone was driving away in it. Instead of giving me another mid size comparable, I was given a dirty Honda Civic that had just been returned. I said the Honda accord is comparable and a Honda Civic was a compact. He said this is what you’re getting. There were other Toyota corollas in the parking lot. I just left. I called to receive a credit but was told that I had gotten a four door car and it was comparable. Three people and luggage was too much crammed in the Honda Civic. I was sent a$50 certificate to use next time. There won’t be a next time.

The Buick Encore has such weak pickup. Perhaps move it to a location with lower speed limits and more sedate drivers.

Pick-up ay Thrifty could have gone better. After over two hours of waiting for our reserved car I was referred to their manager at Hertz who took care of this immediately. If this had occurred from the onset It would have been an "Excellent" fating overall.
