Customer service was terrible. They didn't even open on time. Customer service rep was not friendly and hardly seemed to even care. It was obvious that car had not been cleaned.

Never got the car I reserved months ago. Got a call that no cars were available at the Yonkers pick I had scheduled with no options other than traveling to white plains to possibly get one. Unapologetic and rude agent on the phone as well.

The cost for the rental was less than I anticipated. We had a nice selection of cars, since we were moving some of our things across the state. The ride was comfortable and I didn't feel like I spent a lot on gas. I am hoping that I can find the same comfort when I am ready to drive back home.
