Hertz (in Hanford) canceled my auto reservation an hour before I was supposed to pick up my car. Scrambling, I called around to other local agencies. Nobody had a vehicle. I reserved one on Kayak, hoping that when I arrived in Visalia, there would be a car. There was! I was to pick it up, drive to Los Angeles, and drop the car at Burbank Airport. Avis (and Kayak) saved the day!

They were so nice and I didn’t have a long wait. Dominic took his time and explained everything I needed to know about the Tesla since it was my first time driving one. Very friendly and professional.

I rented a car for my wife online because her car was being repaired. The only option online was for 1 week rental period. Her car was repaired more quickly than anticipated. We returned the car within 24 hours. They charged for 1 week and wouldn't credit anything back. Please beware of online car rentals and realize they won't credit for early return.

I would definitely never use Budget again and especially this location. The workers seemed like they legitimately hated their jobs and I was an inconvenience for being there. They failed to mentioned the extra charges that would be hitting my account, and when I got to my destination I looked at my account and saw nearly $300 more than what I anticipated. Making me go back to the location because there is no chance that the workers would answer the phone. The only thing that give this company any light is that the car that I had was actually clean and decent. It did have an odd smell to it though. Overall experience, 2 stars.
