I never got a confirmation and i tried to cancel but the site won't let me cancel and now i see a two charges on my credit card. I never got the service, I never picked up the car, I never drove it but I am seeing not one but TWO charges to my credit card. I never even got a confirmation about the reservation. How can I drive two cars at the same time!

Due to extreme weather and safety, I had to change the drop off location from Sarasota airport to a smaller location close by my home on Tamiami Trail. The drop off was seamless. The staff at both pick up and drop off were professional, quite cordial and very helpful. All in all, one of the smoothest and easiest car rentals I’ve experienced in quite a while. The young fellow that helped me at drop off… I’m sorry but I forget his name, But he was from Oklahoma and newly married… Was a breath of fresh air. So professional and helpful. Good job, Hertz!

It did what I needed it to do and had the room to do it. High mileage suv with a decent amount of body damage. But it aint mine and didn’t break down. It was a sante fe and it got really good gas mileage.

Never received a bill. No one to discuss billing errors. Drop off employee was not helpful and was not even interested in helping me drop car off. Last time for this car rental.

When I arrived, the car I had rented wasn’t available so they sold me an upgrade, not for free but for $10 more per day. They charged me $150 to drop the car off at the airport. Two days into my trip, the car got a flat tire and i had to change, wait on hold for an hour, then bring the car to a different enterprise location to pick up a downgraded, filthy car. They didn’t change my rate from the upgraded amount and told me I had to take it up with the other office, after being on hold for ANOTHER hour I finally got someone to look at it. They then told me I couldn’t get the rate I had originally been quoted and I ended up paying the $60/day. Wont use again.
