The car selection was terrible. The agent did not walk the car with us in Mosinee WI. She was polite. When we arrived in Milwaukee at the airport. The enterprise representative went on about the bump on the passenger door. I said they told us it was documented in the rental record. He went on about well they have to fix it. We can’t rent this again. I said I’m not paying for this. He explained that we would not be charged etc. why even bring this up to the client? This is an agency concern. With all the trouble I had finding a rental. I am not happy.

the counter was closed from 4-5 pm and I was not notified. I set up to pick up at 4 arrived a little late and no one was there. The girl at the counter was not polite but rather kept trying to blame that I should have checked Avis times of operation. This should have been listed when I booked it AND should not have allowed me to pick up at 4 if they were closed at 4. Her attitude did not help.
