It was the classic Seinfeld rental car episode. I showed up to a lot full of cars, but there were no cars for me. They took my reservation but they didn’t hold it. Terrible service. I had no car and the attendant couldn’t guarantee I would have car that day - despite my having a reservation. I told her to cancel it. She wasn’t fazed at all and she made no effort to help me find a car. She didnt apologize. Terrible service. -10 out of 10

Pickup was efficient and friendly. They had plenty of cars even though I was late and extended my reservation on the other end at no additional cost as a courtesy. Car was clean and in good condition.

The address doesn’t show up accurately. There is no way to call the actual location. When I told the staff about the address issue they could care less. The car was mediocre and the windshield wipers were not good.

I am still not sure why when I rented the car for less than 24 hours I was charged twice for insurance. Also, I do not understand the 338.00 fee that popped up after I picked up my car from Hertz when I was expecting to see 137.00.

The pick up and drop-off was very smooth. The car was clean, etc. However the car an Infinity QX60 (SUV) (Lic. Plate # 11B LEL - Florida) needed servicing desperately - brake work, alignment, and shocks/suspension needed to be fixed. When one takes a care from a rental agency, especially a reputed one like Hertz he/she expects the care to be in good working order. We had driven to Philadelphia from MD w/ family and it is a scary experience when the car is not in good shape. I urge Hertz to ensure that their cars are maintained and serviced on time and a full check is done when cars are returned - not just a physical check but a driving run is done to determine that all is in good working condition - especially as it concerns safety!

They didn't properly checked me in and checked me out then they told me i had the car for another 11 days after I returned it. They are very difficult to resolve the issue. Plus there is a big communication gap between the corporate and local office. I will never rent from Hertz!

Absolutely nothing very disappointed that a day before I was called that they did not have the car I had requested weeks before and that I would need to go to the airport to pick it up. I went to the airport to wait a whole day to not even get the car I requested and get a smaller car and it wasn’t even clean. Horrible horrible service!! Having us wait a whole day for a car. You all should just say you don’t have the car instead of having us wait to see if someone will drop off the car we have requested. Also the fact the the golden members got the big suv I requested weeks prior and then telling me that don’t have any big suv!! Honestly will never rent from you all again I am a paying customer and we should all be treated the same !!

My experience with Avis was horrible. They did not have a car for a reservation I made well in advance, and they could not honor my reservation at a comparable price for the same day. The best they could do was give me a car the next day, which was untenable since I made the reservation for the date I actually needed the vehicle. Also, the Avis employee at the location said that they're always behind on Fridays and that it must be my first time renting from them if I didn't know that. Needless to say, it was my first time renting from Avis and it will also be my last.

On the afternoon before the morning of my rental next day . I receive an email confirming my rental . Then an hour later I received a text message no rental I booked this rental on March 22. So at the last minute I am trying to find a rental for 8 people as we are driving to Florida. So I could loose my Rental Disney trips etc . It took me over 3 hours lots of calls to find one . Which I had to rental a day early and pay for two extra days due to closed . So I paid for an extra three days . The following day at 11i received a car that they had a rental for me . Really I want a reimbursement for a three day rental for a van as that’s what I had to take . This is a horrible experience please feel free to contact me as I would never rental again from you all and happy to share my experiences with social media

I need someone to contact me in regards to my rental. The service was extremely poor. The vehicle had mechanical failure and was shocking me on Sunday after I put in the charger. I went past the local office and they denied me help. I spoke with roadside assistance. They jeopardize my health. I need someone to follow up I was over charged as well. My number is 443.741.5029
