The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was given an upgrade from a VW Jetta to a Subaru Forester.

The final charge was $18 higher than the estimate I was given. The main difference was a $15.99 charge called an "under 75 mile flat fee." The rate I was quoted was for unlimited mileage. I will be contesting the final bill.

Enterprise was fine. However, I am unhappy about the vehicle coverage feature I signed up for on Kayak. I did not realize that this was an outside supplemental coverage - I thought it was coverage directly through Enterprise. I wold like to be reimbursed for this expense, as I paid for it again through Enterprise.

We showed up at this location to pick up our rental car and no one was there. They had been closed for days with a note on the door. No one from the office even bothered to call to let us know. We showed up to locked doors and had to make a last-minute car rental reservation with another company instead which was extremely pricey since it was not booked in advance.
