the music was blasting when we turned on car at pick up. the inside windows of car where filthy . the people at pick up where great , didn't want to be bothered when we dropped off car .

Actually the pick up was great. Great service, very friendly staff. The drop off was the problem as we waited in line for over an hour and missed out flight home! Got up to the counter to pay, and the agent said we were good to go? I said you mean I wanted in line and missed our flight for you to tell me this? He said I should have received an email stating we were paid. I still have not received that email! Would Budget cate to reimburse us $735 for the other flight we had to get home??

There was only one person at the desk for a Saturday morning. She was efficient and good at processing people but there was quickly a line up that she had to deal with on her own. We had to wait 1/2 an hour to be processed.

I was recently stuck in Florida. No flights available! Other rental agencies would not under any circumstances rent my family a vehicle that could go one way to my home state!!!! AVIS was the only rental company that said We can do it! So I booked the reservation!! Avis will be my 1st call for my piece of mind!

Only 1 person working so had to wait quite a bit to be served. Not the attendant's fault, he could only handle so much at a time, was still well mannered, professional, and was trying his best to multi-task. Car was fine, drove well and was well equipped but did have a bit of a funny smell. Overall experience was OK

I think there should be a disclosure of distance from airport. I booked flight & followed promps to car rental. The enterprise was NOT the airport location. To rent from the airport location it was $121 more so I decided to uber to other location. It was 7min drive away a $33 uber ride (all taxis on site were reserved) There are no sidewalks to walk to other location. Once at corfu enterprise location, woman on site gave me different information then previous man at airport location & instead of being helpful did kept repeating "ma'am you booked through priceline,talk to them" I'm assuming did could have been a little more helpful, possibly wave the $50 charge to return car to airport upon departure. Bit again she just kept saying "it's not our responsibility, talk to priceline". I'd like to add I was calm, cool with her never once said it was their fault.Simply stated it's a glitch in the system & I now have to pay $66 extra or $121. The man at airport enterprise said that this happens all the time. The car was loud and wobbly, a hub cap was barely hanging on. Vehicle would not accelerate over 70mph. Would not recommend the economy Mitsubishi.

When you call there is no message saying they can not answer the phone, it just leaves you sitting there listening to it ring until it shuts off. They lost my reservation and I had to wait for them to find me a car I didn't realize that not all Enterprise locations were the same company. This location would not honor a discount coupon I had received from another Enterprise location because they had provided me poor service.. The last comment is partially my fault. Every time I have ever returned a rental car, I have been asked if I left the keys in the car. There are also signs reminding you to do so. Neither of these happened. Unfortunately I forgot to leave the key and after walking to the terminal and getting to security I had to walk back to the unattended Enterprise counter and return the key
