Was really disappointed in dealing with this location. My great price i was quoted doubled at pickup. Did jot even get the vehicle i reserved. Waited in the lobby with others for 45 minutes before even being acknowledged. Read reviews afterward and realized i probably should have read them before

The drop off and shuttle to the terminal was the only process that was smooth. The branch manager that “helped” us barely helped. He did not provide any information up front. For example, when we went to pay, we gave him our debit card. He asked “are you sure you want to use the debit card?” And we continued with “why should we not use it” just for him to explain the difference in deposit. We were already there for 45 minutes - the manager just didn’t seem to be efficient in providing us with details which led to many questions that he took forever to respond. We wished he had a sense of urgency since there were multiple people waiting to be helped and we also wanted to get our day started. We arrived at 8:15 a.m. and didn’t leave until a few minutes after 9 a.m. I was genuinely surprised by how slow it was to get a car. Additionally, the pricing structure is ridiculous. To drop off the car at a different location charged us almost the same amount as renting. Furthermore, to amend our return time to add another hour costed us another $13. It’s ridiculous that Hertz try to charge for every single possible thing - and the tax/fee associated with it, that was bonkers. Please fix your cost structure to be more realistic.

car was little dirty on inside & totaly empty on gas was fine

They tried to charge me 38 dollars a day more because they did not have the car size I booked. This is NOT the customer's problem. I refused to pay and had to find a new rental company. I will not use Avis ever again. This totally screwed me for my trip.

Employees were great, our Pacifica ran like a charm. But the vehicle was definitely never cleaned before we got it. I didnt notice right away or j would have asked for a new one. There was a dirty sock under one seat and an old receipt under another. And the trunk had about a handful of popcorn just sitting there by the trunk release. The poor cleaning is the only complaint I have.

The check in was super quick the vehicle was ready when I arrived. Same with drop off it was super fast.
